Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead our front-end team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will guide cashiers and courtesy clerks, manage scheduling, and support loss prevention efforts.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of cashiering experience, strong math skills, reliable scheduling, and a friendly, team-focused attitude. This full-time role is on-site and offers opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong math and cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Team player able to take direction and work well in a group.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by supervising cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Assist with customer issues at the register.
• Manage store sweeps, supplies, and restroom/parking lot cleanliness.
• Monitor exit doors for security and loss prevention.
• Schedule meals and breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training cashiers and disciplinary actions.
