Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a part-time Team Member in Philadelphia to support registers, assist customers, and run store operations. You will help cashiers, supervise breaks, and ensure clean, secure public areas while delivering friendly service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma/GED and cashiering experience; must be flexible for nights/weekends/holidays and able to lift items as needed. Grow with us in a busy, team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years cashiering experience supplemented with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer interaction.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
• Good communication, direction-taking and team collaboration.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and move carts up to 35 lbs. for up to 50 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide directions and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Assist customers with potential issues at the register.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in line with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and take steps for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and monitor security at exits, restrooms and parking areas.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to store operations.
