Job summary

Kith is seeking a Lead Cashier for the Rodeo store in Beverly Hills. This role extends store management and oversees cash flow and POS processes, acting as liaison for cash management from the floor to HQ.

You will implement SOPs and training for staff, guiding cash wrap behaviors and procedures with store management. You’ll lead cashier operations, train team members, ensure data integrity, and seize opportunities to broaden customer loyalty while upholding brand standards across the retail

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of managerial retail experience.
• Retail/apparel operations and POS experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to lead a large team and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce exceptional customer experience.
• Complete all cashier transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide cashier training to team.
• Ensure data integrity procedures are followed.
• Handle customer situations per Policy and Procedures.
• Maximize opportunities at the cash-wrap to build loyalty.
• Audit and follow up on register procedures.
• Open and close registers.
• Manage POS procedures across all retail doors with Store Management.
