Job summary

Kith in Malibu, CA seeks a Lead Cashier to extend store management. You will manage cash flow, POS processes, and train staff to uphold SOPs and brand standards, serving as the liaison for cash-related needs from the floor to HQ.

Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. 2–3 years in a managerial role with retail/apparel operations and POS experience is preferred; you will lead a team, ensure data integrity, and help maximize customer loyalty at the cash wrap.

ABOUT THE ROLELocation: Malibu, CAStatus: Full-timeCompensation: $24.00/ hrPosition Summary:The Lead Cashier is a extension of store Management. The Lead Cashier manages the cash flow and point of sale processes and procedures for their respective store. They are the liaison and voices for all cash management needs from the retail door to HQ. The Lead Cashier in partnership with management and Retail Coordinator implements SOP and training for staff.
