Dollar General Corporation is seeking a capable Cashier/Stocker to act as a lead when the Store Manager is absent. You will assist with plan-o-grams, protect assets, and provide exceptional customer service while maximizing profitability and teamwork at the Napoleon, Ohio store.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, greeting customers, operating the register, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment. Strong math, cash handling, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and cash handling.
• Familiarity with plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and scanner.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks according to store procedures.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes.
• Stock, rotate, and display merchandise.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation.
• Greet customers and assist in locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and collect payment.
• Keep store clean and safe; protect assets.
• Open/close the store under direction of Area Manager.
• Maintain cashier accountability and cash controls.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
