Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest-readiness at all times.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates.
