Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest experiences, manage cashwrap operations, and support training and development of cashiers. You will lead by example, ensuring accurate transactions and a welcoming environment that promotes the Ulta Beauty brand experience.

In this role, you will contribute to sales goals, loyalty participation, and cross-training of associates, while maintaining store standards and customer focus in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in cashiering or retail sales is a plus.
• Strong customer service and selling skills are required.
• Ability to train and mentor new cashiers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and loyalty through guest engagement and service excellence.
• Handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Assist in training and cross-training colleagues in cashiering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashwrap and store displays.
