Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store's goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, loyalty, and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending Ulta products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Replenish, organize, and maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness.
