Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards. The role includes training cashiers, supporting loyalty initiatives, and leading by example in guest engagement and service excellence.

You will participate in replenishment, display maintenance, and team collaboration to meet store goals while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, guest experience, loyalty, and operations at the cashwrap.
• Provide exceptional guest service and pair guests with associates for makeup/skincare services.
• Lead open/close register, cashier chat ins/outs, and inspections.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Ensure store standards, cleanliness, and loss prevention.
