Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2+ years of cashier/retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Strong guest service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and loyalty through guest service, credit, and diagnostics.
• Lead cashier operations and assist in training new cashiers.
• Manage cashwrap and ensure store standards and loss prevention.
• Coordinate makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
