• Ability to train new cashiers and cross-train associates

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink
• Provide exceptional guest service and build guest relationships
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Assist in makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness
• Complete register open/close as directed
