Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet each guest, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges, and pair guests with associates for makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support services to deliver unrivaled guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
