Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by meeting or exceeding sales, loyalty, and service goals.

• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures, ensuring guest readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
