Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest service at the cashwrap, support training, and contribute to loyalty program participation. You will manage transactions, assist in makeup services, and ensure store standards.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a passion for selling. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in‑store events while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow store policies.
