The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma (preferred), and comfort with POS technology. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guest concerns and questions to deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, loyalty and shrink goals.
• Greet guests, provide personalized service and product recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy.
• Partner with a colleague to perform makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked cashwrap displays and assist with training and supervision.
