Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cashiering experience is a plus.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Passion for guest service and ability to sell.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Drive loyalty results through guest experience and sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalizing service and recommending Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and stock.
• Ensure regular attendance.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates.
