Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest transactions and loyalty results. You will lead cashwrap operations, assist in training cashiers, and partner with store leadership to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
Provide exceptional guest service and personalize interactions at the cashwrap and with makeup/skincare demonstrations.
Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
Book appointments and support in-store services and events to boost guest experience and sales.
Maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures; ensure guest readiness.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store standards.
