Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Apex, NC is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest transactions with precision and uphold cashwrap standards. This role trains new cashiers, leads by example in guest service, and partners with store leadership to meet sales and loyalty goals.

The Lead Cashier will manage register processes, assist in events, and ensure shelves and displays remain orderly and inviting to customers throughout shifts and peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in cash handling and guest service.

• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Lead cashier chat ins/outs and assist in training.
