Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

Champion Ulta Beauty’s mission, vision and values through guest interactions and leadership of cashwrap operations.
Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, omni‑channel, guest loyalty and retail shrink.
Provide exceptional service by greeting, engaging guests, personalizing recommendations and guiding product demonstrations.
Train and assist cashiers; ensure accurate transactions and proper cash handling.
Book appointments and support in-store services and events to drive sales and guest experience.
Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness; ensure asset protection and loss prevention.
