Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive loyalty results through guest experience and sales performance.
• Greet guests, engage, and personalize service; upsell Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges professionally.
• Lead cashier operations including opening/closing registers.
• Train and develop new cashiers and cross-train staff.
