Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet guests, engage customers, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, returns, exchanges, and cashiering with accuracy.
• Coordinate with associates to perform makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness throughout the store.
