Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in sales, loyalty, and guest experience.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow procedures.
