Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task and problem‑solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and recommend Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
