Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive loyalty results through guest service, credit and loyalty programs.
• Handle transactions, refunds and exchanges at the cashwrap.
• Assist in cashier training and cross-training of associates.
• Lead or assist with open/close register procedures and maintain cashwrap displays.
