Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet guests, provide personalized service, and promote Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demos.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and support leadership in operations.
