Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns promptly and professionally
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty
• Greet and engage each guest with personalized service
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
• Coordinate makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest readiness
• Maintain prompt attendance
