Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly to deliver service.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail, service, loyalty and credit.
• Greet guests, provide personalized service and product recommendations.
• Handle sales, returns and exchanges with courtesy and accuracy.
• Collaborate with agents to perform makeup applications and demos to drive sales.
• Open/close cashwrap processes, maintain displays and organize fixtures.
