Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision and values in daily duties.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional service, personalizing recommendations.
• Assist in training of new cashiers and cross-training of associates.
• Manage register operations, including opening/closing and handling returns/exchanges.
• Maintain store standards, cashwrap displays, and overall cleanliness.
