Job summary

Ulta Beauty, a premier North American beauty retailer, is hiring a Lead Cashier (LC) to drive guest experience at the cashwrap and support cashier training and cross-training. You will contribute to loyalty results, sales goals, and brand standards while modeling Ulta Beauty’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include managing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, pairing guests with associates for makeup applications and demonstrations, booking appointments for services and events,

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to keep guest-ready.
• Maintain regular attendance.
