Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Responds knowledgeably to customer questions and guides them through projects when necessary.
• Communicates stock, feature benefits, warranty information related to Lowe’s programs.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Processes sales transactions, returns, and refunds at the register.
• Ensures proper monetary change and cash drawer management.
• Inspects returned merchandise for damages and verifies product information.
• Enters and submits customer orders and loading tickets; price matching as needed.
• Maintains store use lists, reconciles daily cash, and monitors safety and security.
