Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive exceptional guest experiences at the cashwrap, training new cashiers, and supporting loyalty initiatives. The role emphasizes sales, service, and operating procedures to maintain high store standards.

You will supervise cash operations, participate in open/close routines, and collaborate with the management team to deliver a premier Ulta Beauty experience while ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with a specialist for makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and keep store clean and guest-ready.
• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
