You will supervise cashiers, assist with scheduling, training, and ensure smooth checkout operations while maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates are 18+, with 1-2 years cashiering and leadership exposure, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support at registers to ensure excellent service.
• Assign store sweeps and monitor cash register supply levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and security at entrances/exits and restrooms.
• Oversee breaks and ensure policy compliance and safety.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers.
