Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies.
• Suggests products, demonstrates, and helps locate merchandise.
• Process sales, returns and refunds using company guidelines.
• Assist in loading merchandise and loading orders when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist in safety procedures.
