Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer or retail technology.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service by following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Responds to customer and employee questions and guides them through projects.
• Communicates stock, feature benefits, and warranty information.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
