Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines
• Assists in line vesting to help checkout efficiency and opens additional registers when needed
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment and adheres to safety requirements
