Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a team member to provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise. You will support transactions at the register, answer questions, and help protect store assets while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Preferred candidates have cashier experience, basic computer and mobile device skills, and a willingness to learn Lowe's programs and safety policies. The role supports multiple departments with varied duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 1 year experience using a computer.
• Less than 1 year experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• 1 year retail cashier experience.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure/registration if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and guide customers through stores and projects as needed.
• Communicate stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, applications and warranty information.
