• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Operates cash register and processes transactions, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Monitors cash in drawer and performs daily reconciliation duties.
• Ensures store area is clean, safe, and secure, and assists in shoplifting prevention.
