Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Less than 1 year experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology (phones, tablets, etc.).
• 1 year retail cashier experience.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and guide customers through projects and store areas.
• Process sales, returns, and refunds using the register per company guidelines.
• Support front-end efficiency by helping with line vesting and register coverage.
