Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Lead Cash Applications professional to oversee daily cash posting processes and ensure accurate AR records. You will coordinate with billers, collectors and specialists to apply payments from various payers including Medicare and Medicaid, while maintaining SOX controls and data integrity.

The role requires a detail-oriented approache with strong communication skills and the ability to train staff and manage workflows in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with data entry and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day duties of cash application specialists.
• Process 835 files from EFT and lockbox portals.
• Coordinate with Centralized Billers, Collectors and Cash Applications Specialists to ensure accurate payments.
• Assist with month-end close.
