Job summary

CASA Pinellas seeks a Family Justice Center Lead Case Manager to provide direct services to survivors at the Family Justice Center and collaborate with onsite and offsite partners to ensure wrap-around supports.

You will manage a caseload, document in Osnium, assist in staff training, and contribute to program development through timely reports and data entry. Adherence to confidentiality and crisis intervention is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/life experience.
• Experience working with survivors of domestic violence or crisis.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work with community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality direct services to survivors at the Family Justice Center.
• Complete intake, develop case plans, and conduct assessments.
• Document services in the appropriate report/database and ensure timely data entry.
• Monitor service delivery for grant compliance and prepare monthly KPI reports.
• Assist in training new advocates and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
