Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Case Manager Lead to supervise a 5-person team and oversee an inventory of about 50 high-value cases from intake to litigation. Reporting to the Pre-Suit Attorney, you will partner with Trial Attorneys to coordinate strategy and ensure efficient case management throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
• 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 5 case managers and monitor ~50 HV cases from start to outcome.
• Lead regular meetings, evaluations and training to develop the team.
• Manage dashboards and track case timelines, deadlines and milestones.
• Prepare demands and assist in submissions to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with Pre-Suit and Trial Attorneys to formulate case strategies.
