The role partners with Pre-Suit and Trial Attorneys to optimize case strategies and timelines, ensuring high-quality client service and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of 5 case managers and provide guidance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, evaluations and training to foster growth.
• Oversee ~50 high-value cases from inception to litigation and optimize workflows.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and support submission to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Serve as liaison between Case Management and Pre-Suit Attorney with regular updates.
• Collaborate with Trial Attorney to develop case strategies before litigation.
