Job summary

Evergreen Recovery Centers in Everett seeks a Lead Case Manager to respond to police referrals, engage participants on the street and at service facilities, and provide intensive case management for the LEAD program.

You will screen, outreach, and sustain long-term engagement, collaborate with LEAD partners, accompany participants to appointments, advocate in court, and coordinate with housing providers and community organizations. 10-hour shifts, Mon-Thu 10:30am-9pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field preferred.
• Understanding of harm reduction and passion for serving homelessness and co-occurring disorders.
• Valid Washington Driver’s License; local travel required.
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, outreach, long-term engagement and intensive case management for participants.
• Collaborate with LEAD partners, service providers, housing providers and community organizations.
• Advocate and support participants within the criminal justice system, including court appearances and written communication.
• Accompany and transport participants to appointments using agency vehicles.
• Respond to police referrals and social contact referrals within Everett and Lynnwood.
