Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in social work; 1–2 years social work experience preferred.
• No convictions or license revocations that would fail a caregiver background check.
• Valid driver's license, automobile, and sufficient insurance to meet agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team; lead meetings and guide staff in the Clinical Coordinator's absence.
• Apply evidence-based practices (motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care).
• Maintain client staffing sheets and manage paperwork (Chapter 51, treatment plans).
• Monitor and coordinate services; advocate and refer as needed.
• Maintain time management; support daily living activities and access to community resources.
