Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community visits.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and provides technical assistance to direct service staff.
• Trains staff on case plans, safety plans for DV clients, and engagement.
• Leads organizational audits and reviews case files for compliance and quality.
• Manages caseloads, opens/closes cases, and tracks deadlines.
• Maintains liaison with community agencies and court staff as needed.
