Job summary
The Chester County Intermediate Unit seeks a Case Manager - Supervisory to lead clinical staff delivering wraparound services for preschool and school-aged children with emotional/behavioral disorders. Based at the Educational Services Center in Downingtown, PA, you will guide service delivery, supervise staff, and ensure coordinated care for clients and families.
You will develop client-centered plans, liaise with agencies, monitor outcomes, and participate in intake and staff training.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Social Work or Mental Health is required.
- Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Licensed mental health professional status or equivalent" with CASSP experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development and implementation of individual treatment plans and revisions.
- Conduct service intakes for clients.
- Coordinate with interagency teams to summarize care.
- Manage delivery of services per plan of care and monitor outcomes.
- Monitor Medicaid billing and reimbursements from insurers.
- Maintain professional relationships with the community and referral sources.
- Assist program coordinators with cross-location communication and collaboration.
