Job summary

Intercare seeks a Supervisor of School Services to lead case management and oversee ABA services in partner districts. You will optimize access to curricula and IEP goals, supervise a team including Program Manager, and collaborate with teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, and specialists to ensure high-quality behavioral support.

Responsibilities include directing assessments, program development, staff training, and ensuring compliance with BACB standards while advancing student

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 2+ years experience in school-based behavioral consultation.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and data analysis.
• Experience supervising staff and trainees.
• Experience with students with autism and related disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments to identify function and environmental variables.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams including administrators, psychologists, speech therapists, and special education staff.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Interventionists, Program Managers, or other staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary planning meetings.
• Ensure fidelity to ABA practices and BACB guidelines.
