Closets by Design in Tempe, AZ is seeking a motivated Lead Installer to own every installation and uphold a high standard of quality. This role will mentor and grow a team, with initial focus on individual installations and potential path to Installation Manager.

Responsibilities include installing custom closets and cabinets, coaching the installation crew, and delivering projects on time with safety and customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Job Responsibilities

Lead installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe and efficient manner, with a high bar for quality. This individual must enjoy mentoring others and building a team. We are a customer service oriented business, and this role must be able to communicate with the customer. Lead installers should display a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating in a friendly and professional manner. Additionally, this role requires a drivers license and the ability to operate company vehicles.

Benefits

• Listed pay of $27.50/hour, with commission recommended to make more.
• Direct career track to Installation Manager with a pay increase.
• Eligible for vacation and off on holidays.
• Monday through Friday, no weekends, no required overtime.
• Tools and equipment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Requirements

• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.

• Possess and maintain current driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
