Closets by Design is hiring a Lead Installer in Training to install custom closets and cabinets in customer homes in the Chattanooga area. You will follow drawings, use hand and power tools safely, and work with a team to ensure high quality installations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Lead Installer in Training. Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

• Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
