Closets By Design of Phoenix is seeking a motivated Lead Installer to own each installation from start to finish at customer homes. You will lead a team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion while delivering great customer service.

This role offers growth potential into Installation Manager; applicants should have a valid driver's license and be comfortable operating company vehicles. Tools and equipment are provided, with a direct career track and opportunities for advancement.

Lead Installer

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We are seeking a motivated lead installer that will take ownership of every installation and has a high bar for quality. This person will help coach and build the team around them. Initially focused on driving their own installs, this role has growth potential to becoming an installation manager.

Job Responsibilities

Lead installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe and efficient manner, with a high bar for quality. This individual must enjoy mentoring others and building a team. We are a customer service oriented business, and this role must be able to communicate with the customer. Lead installers should display a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating in a friendly and professional manner. Additionally, this role requires a drivers license and the ability to operate company vehicles.

Benefits

• Listed pay of $27.50/hour, with commission recommended to make more.
• Direct career track to Installation Manager with a pay increase.
• Eligible for vacation and off on holidays.
• Monday through Friday, no weekends, no required overtime.

Responsibilities
